The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Deputy Division Chief and Product Support Manager (Logistics) (NH-0346-04) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Hill AFB, UT.

The Munitions Sustainment Division, AFLCMC/EBH, Hill Air Force Base, is seeking a Deputy Division Chief and Product Support Manager (PSM) (Logistics). As the largest division in the Armament Directorate, we manage the premier "fight tonight" weapons and survivability capabilities across a $65B munitions portfolio encompassing 30+ programs (ACAT I, II, and III).
Our division provides the majority of the conventional weapons employed by the Air Force, Navy, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners, including critical air-to-ground weapons, egress components, expandable countermeasures, and precision strike missiles.
Additionally, we operate the Global Ammunition Control Point (GACP), which coordinates worldwide munitions inventory and distribution.
The Deputy Division Chief is responsible to the Senior Material Leader (SML) for directing strategic planning, acquisition integration, manpower management, risk governance, and supply sustainment initiatives for a 465-person division.
This role exercises second-level supervisory authorities to provide management direction to the division's 6 branches and other PSMs, leading the acquisition and sustainment efforts of a multi-discipline staff of military, civilians, and contractors.
As the PSM, you will provide oversight of logistics support agreements, manpower allocations, and enterprise sustainment governance while continuously monitoring system performance and providing assessments on the effectiveness and affordability of product support strategies.
This position represents the division at enterprise forums and coordinates with OSD, Joint, Service, and international stakeholders, as well as AFMC/A4, HAF/A4/A5, and industry partners to align sustainment strategies with Air Force priorities and deliver readiness and modernization outcomes.

Candidate Requirements- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
- Candidate is required to file an OGE 450, Financial Disclosure Form.
- Candidate will be subject to a Drug Test – Position is designated a Critical Acquisition Position (CAP) and the candidate must be able to obtain Advanced APDP Life Cycle Logistics Certification within 48 months.
- Candidate is required to complete 80 Continuous Learning Points (CLP) every 24 months.
- Full-time telework or remote telework is not authorized for this position. Situational telework will be authorized on a case-by-case basis according to organizational internal policies.
- Candidate must have 52 weeks in lower grade to be considered for the position.
- Candidate may be considered for more than one position.
- Position may be subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) away from home station (up to 25%).
- Candidate may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include evenings and weekends and may be subject to recall to meet mission requirements.
- PCS expenses if authorized will be paid IAW JTR and Air Force Regulations.
