Senior Radar Systems Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Senior Radar Systems Engineer with Security Clearance
Description
* Perform technical analysis related to systems design and development
* Derive and allocate system or subsystem requirements and implement verification and validation

* Conduct tasks associated with systems engineering life cycle and the DoD design review process

* Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques

* Support systems analysis (e.g., discrete event simulation) with simulation techniques
* Follow, perform, and record the results of the execution of a test plan
* Exercise judgment to make recommendations on technical alternatives, component design or selection, and/or adaptation to meet assigned requirements

* Demonstrate proficiency in technical writing including white papers, customer deliverable documents, etc.

* Collaborate with leadership at all levels

* Lead technical reviews and meetings, internal and external

* Perform duties under supervision of staff and chief engineers

* Mentor less experienced engineers

* Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements Education/Training:
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required

Experience:

* 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
* Radar systems experience, active or passive, preferred

* Familiarity with a range of systems engineering tools - Cameo experience preferred

* Background in developing and/or testing aircraft and/or military components preferred Security:
* Must be a US citizen
