Icovy Marketing is a strategic marketing agency focused exclusively on Med Tech, Healthcare, and Life Sciences companies. We work with regulated, growth-stage and enterprise brands that require precision, credibility, and strong visual execution. We are looking for a highly capable Graphic Designer to support our Design Lead and creative team. This role is part-time or contract to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as demand continues to grow.
We are looking for someone confident, detail-oriented, and experienced in regulated industries where design quality and accuracy matter.
You will support a range of high-level marketing and commercial materials including:
- Social media graphics (Linked In-first B2B content)
- Tradeshow signage and print materials
- Corporate decks and presentation design
- Landing page layout and design collaboration (Figma/Webflow/Word Press workflows)
- Email design and build within Hub Spot
- Interactive PDFs and corporate newsletters
You should be comfortable contributing to marketing conversations, not just executing tasks, but understanding objectives and offering design solutions aligned with strategy.
Required Qualifications- 3–5+ years of professional design experience
- Mandatory portfolio showcasing real client work (Med Tech, healthcare, life sciences, or corporate B2B preferred)
- Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences experience is required.
Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience preparing files for professional print production
- Bleeds, packaging files with links
- Pre-flighting files before sending to printer
- Strong typography and layout control
- Understanding of brand systems and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Experience organizing layered source files and maintaining clean file structures
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate efficiently
- High attention to detail (especially important in regulated industries)
- Hub Spot email design and build experience
- After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
- Experience with data visualization graphics
- Ability to explain design rationale in portfolio case studies
- Experience working with regulatory or clinical teams
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Can take a request and run with it
- Does not need step-by-step creative direction
- Understands how to design within regulated environments
- Knows that a typo in Med Tech can mean regulatory issues or reprints
- Functions as a second set of eyes for quality control
- Has clean layout discipline and strong visual hierarchy
Portfolio quality will be prioritized above everything else.
