- Keep up with Ford TSBs, certifications, and training requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred)
- Ford certifications or ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Professional, reliable, and a team player
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
