Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with questions, product needs, and service requests.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for technicians.
- Manage the appointment calendar to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with creating and sending invoices to customers.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic invoicing tools (Quick Books, POS system, or similar).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
- Previous receptionist or office admin experience preferred, but not required.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor.
