Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires date entering, phone and receptionist duties, etc.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
• Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.

• Familiar in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
