We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager who embodies GNC’s “Live Well” philosophy—living strong, long, and fit—who can drive business performance while offering tailored and innovative solutions to customers.

• Ensure products are merchandised according to GNC standards while keeping eye on visibility and accessibility.
• Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, sales initiatives, and the customer relationship that leads to sales and repeat business (e.g., MYGNC Rewards).
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping sales associates realize their potential.
• Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage performance—give ongoing feedback, recruit, hire, and coach associates.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits per GNC procedures.
• Represent the organization at community fairs, conferences, meetings, and other public gatherings to promote the mission and initiatives.

• Must stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting below waist and above shoulders.
• Use repeated hand‑to‑finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 °F to 85 °F, especially in stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day.

• Managers of mall and strip‑center stores must work at least two nights during the week until closing, one weekend night, and one other night.
• Strip‑center managers must also work a full shift on Saturdays.
• Mall managers are expected to work peak business days including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Managers are expected to work a minimum of one full Sunday per month.
• Downtown store managers must work during the lunch hour (11 am – 2 pm) Monday‑Friday and one night per week until closing if the store is open in the evening. They are not required to work Saturdays.
• Managers must work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.
