All about On Demand:
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app. When you pick up a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is necessary. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required.

If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you or do not work at least one shift within 5 months, your employment may be terminated.

Your communication and ability to work when our business demands it most are critical to your success in this role. If offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule. After that, the myTime mobile scheduling app is where you can pick up desired shifts.

Knowledgeable about in-store and digital capabilities that drive adoption, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pickup and drive up while ensuring quality.

What we are looking for:
This may be the right job for you if you enjoy interacting and helping others, thrive in a fast-moving, active role with teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving. Open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

Key skills include effective communication, staying composed in a fast-paced environment, a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, ability to educate guests about products and services, and ability to use multiple devices and handheld scanners. Work both independently and with a team.

Basic expectations and requirements:
Accurately handle cash register operations, scan and move merchandise safely (lifting up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 44 pounds occasionally), be flexible with shifts, respond to shift requests, and stay mobile during shifts. You may work in varied temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.). Compliance with safety and company policies is required. Assist with order pickup, Drive-Up orders, and related duties as needed.
