This role supports the operations of freezers, coolers, and deli, maintains product quality and safety, and delivers customer service at the front lines in the deli department.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Ensure high-quality products are available for members and properly stocked
• Maintain clean shelves, proper temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality products
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready work area
• Provide member service by acknowledging Members, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
• Follow policies related to freezer/cooler areas, operate and sanitize equipment, follow cold chain procedures, and report issues to Management
• Support safety by following all safety standards and procedures, including handling hazardous materials and reporting unsafe conditions

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Experience with stocking and customer service
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and think creatively to drive improvements
