Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding and supporting members with self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; and promoting company products and services.

Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety checks; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials per procedures; correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking and organizing merchandise; setting up and cleaning product displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and securing fragile or high-shrink items.

Monitors product quality with proper rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.

Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; uses related action plans and Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with managers and co-workers, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback.

Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures.
