Child Nutrition Manager

Join to apply for the CHILD NUTRITION MANAGER role at Lawton Public Schools.

Minimum of two years working in food service. Applicant must have excellent organizational and computer skills, as well as the ability to supervise multiple employees. Must have knowledge of HACCP principles, commodity records, and food production. Must be Serv-Save certified or be willing to study and pass the certification test.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School transcript or equivalent.

Valid Food Handlers Certificate required at the time of application. Permits may be obtained at City Hall, 212 SW 9th Street.

Specific Training/

Skills:

Job skills are required to perform tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills to meet changing job conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Hands to be washed frequently and correctly.
• Fingernails are well trimmed and clean.
• No nail polish or artificial fingernails, no jewelry worn on body.
• Employees must report all illness to the on-site manager upon arrival each day.
• Cuts, abrasions, and burns on hands and exposed arms must be bandaged.
• Hair restraints must be worn at all times, disposable gloves to be worn at all times.
• Non-slip closed toe shoes, clean clothing, and apron required when reporting to work.
• All incidents and accidents must be reported immediately to the on-site manager.
• You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
