RN - TELE

6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 33-bed unit, 1:4 nurse to patient ratio, 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule. Flexibility is required; no block scheduling.

This unit provides care for patients experiencing STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain rule out, congestive heart failure (CHF), noninvasive ventilation, and post-cardiothoracic surgery after ICU. Nurses will administer antiarrhythmic IV medications and manage peripheral vascular compromise.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Float to Med/Surg or ER for CVCU/Med Surg holds as required

• At least 6 months of Stepdown experience
• No prior disciplinary actions will be accepted
