Administer medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician while managing a diverse patient panel with chronic diseases.

Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Lawton, OK. Work within a collaborative team, applying medical principles under physician supervision to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with chronic illnesses.

• Deliver high‑quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Lawton, OK.
• Conduct physical examinations, review and update medical histories, and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide patient‑centered care for a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Build trust and offer consultation to patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and appropriate interventions.

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Positive demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve and operate independently.
• 1–2 years of primary‑care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred).
