RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• 14-bed medical surgical unit with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio

• 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule period

• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs

• Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed

• Interpret and record measurements from medical equipment

• Monitor patients' vital signs continuously

• Report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner

• Must have clean disciplinary record with no previous disciplinary actions
