• Unit: 3-NORTH MED-SURG UNIT
• Assignment Type: Travel RN job
• Start Date: December 18, 2025
• End Date: March 19, 2026
• Duration: 13-week nursing contract
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• On-Call: No on-call required

• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Recent travel nurse experience preferred
• Active Oklahoma RN license or compact state nursing license
• BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications required
• Submission of work history, current skills checklist (within 1 year), and two supervisory references (within last two years)

• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs
• Adjust and monitor specialized medical equipment
• Interpret and record patient measurements and vital signs
• Monitor patient conditions and report adverse reactions promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
