Inno Source is now hiring Shop Hands / Welder Helpers to join our team at a major manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. This is a great opportunity to work with metal fabrication equipment and assist experienced welders in a fast-paced setting.

• Assist in fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal parts and equipment
• Operate tools such as grinders, cutters, MIG welders, calipers, and clamps
• Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and welding plans accurately
• Set up components for welding as needed and assist with layout planning
• Perform grinding, painting, scrapping, and prepping work for welding operations
• Inspect welded components for defects or flaws to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all plant safety regulations
• Follow all safety protocols, time management expectations, and production procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
• Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $15 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
