This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Lawton, OK. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage budgets, and ensure a high standard of care is maintained across all services. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, addressing client inquiries, and implementing effective training programs for team members. The Clinic Manager will collaborate with healthcare professionals and act as a key point of contact for clients and their families to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with families and team members
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic operations effectively
- Background in Medicine or healthcare administration, with knowledge of ABA therapy or related fields being highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and provide Training to staff for professional and program growth
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry is a plus
