Join Our Team as a Temp - Ultrasound - General, OB/GYN, Vascular (Days) Lawton, OK

Seeking a talented and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced hospital environment. This vital role involves using high-frequency sound waves and imaging equipment to generate clear, diagnostic-quality images of patients' internal structures. Your expertise will directly support physicians in diagnosing and monitoring a diverse range of medical conditions, making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce detailed images of various internal body parts.
  • Assist physicians by providing accurate and timely diagnostic images.
  • Maintain equipment, ensure patient comfort, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Document and communicate findings clearly for clinical assessment.
Required Skills:
  • Certification and licensing as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in operating ultrasound imaging equipment.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience in OB/GYN, vascular, or general ultrasound procedures.
  • Familiarity with PACS systems and electronic medical records.
  • Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations.
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • An associate degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM.
  • Must hold current certification, licensure, and be compliant with all regulatory standards.
  • Willingness to travel for assignments if required.
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and safety practices.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $62.40, with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, travel expenses when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
