- High School transcript, DD214, or GED.
** Duties/Responsibilities and
Essential Functions:
**
- Assist teacher in managing student arrival and departure activities.
- Support the individual goals of students.
- Facilitate learning experiences to promote academic success.
- Supervise students as needed.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ensure safety and welfare of students.
- Provide one-to-one assistance with academic and daily activities.
- Assist with student personal hygiene (e.g., changing diapers, feeding, dressing, bathroom functions, cleaning face/hands).
- Assist in lifting/transferring students.
- Regularly stand, walk, and bend/kneel during duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
