About the OpportunityWe are expanding into a new hospital this spring and are actively recruiting Physician Assistants to join a well-established, independent emergency medicine group. This opportunity offers full-scope emergency medicine practice in a high-volume, modern ED that combines academic exposure with the stability and culture of a physician-owned organization.
You'll work alongside experienced emergency physicians and residents in a collaborative environment—while benefiting from strong compensation, predictable scheduling, and long-term practice stability.
Practice Highlights- 55,000 annual ED visits | Level III Trauma Center with helipad
- 36-bed Emergency Department (including 5 trauma bays) within a 40,000 sq. ft. facility
- 44 hours of physician coverage daily with resident support
- 24 hours of APP coverage daily and 12-hour shifts for predictable scheduling
- Full-scope emergency medicine practice
- New 19,000 Visit Community Hospital being added in May
- Earn over $200,000 annually based on schedule and productivity
- Employed position with comprehensive benefits
- Malpractice coverage included
- Company-provided apartment for FT providers blocking shifts
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to travel in and group shifts
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Eligible for or currently licensed in Oklahoma
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based emergency department
