Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Average annual earnings: $85,000. Mostly home daily. Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral.

• Up to 50 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain
• High volume loading and unloading utilizing hand dolly and lift gate to unload coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered

• Scheduling flexibility required as dispatch times will vary
• 5-day work week, with weekends required
• Mostly home daily with the possibility of layovers

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Current or able to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• English language proficiency as required by law
• Complete Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening
• Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; ability to maintain safety at all times

• Frequent movement; ability to lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg regularly and up to 100 lbs/45 kg occasionally
