- Supervise and mentor a dedicated crew of technicians and apprentices
- Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and clients to keep timelines tight and quality even tighter
- Ensure all systems meet code, customer expectations, and Super Hero Fire’s high standards
- Be a cornerstone of the job site — organized, dependable, and inspiring to others
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in fire alarm installation and leadership in the field
- NICET certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Deep knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations
- A leader’s mindset: organized, communicative, and committed to excellence
- A passion for safety, growth, and protecting others
