• Carpet cleaning, restoration, repair, and water extraction on various surfaces
• Pre‑cleaning inspections with keen attention to detail
• Swift response to flooding emergencies
• Compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

• Precise documentation of quotes, invoices, and work performed

• Availability to work Monday‑Friday with mandatory weekend and overnight on‑call rotation
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, understanding, speaking)
• Physical ability to lift, move, push, pull, and carry at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extended periods; work in various environments including heights and tight spaces
• At least 21 years of age for insurance purposes
• Valid driver’s license with minimum three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
• Capability to pass background check and drug screening
