IMI is seeking a full‑time Millwright Foreman local to the Lawrenceville, GA area.

• Provide leadership as the Quality Lead to supervise and coordinate staff engaged in laying out, fabricating, aligning, joining, installing, repairing, and welding materials.
• Apply basic math arithmetic skills to work‑related situations.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, project managers, and other employees regarding current and future projects.
• Assist workers in performing all assigned duties and inspect the quality of all work.
• Analyze and resolve work‑related problems.
• Review materials received at the jobsite for accuracy and check equipment for proper working conditions.
• Maintain time and track production; communicate if schedules or crew needs must be adjusted to meet deadlines.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment according to construction plans, blueprints, and other drawings in industrial establishments, using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
• Assemble and install equipment, such as shafting, conveyors, gearboxesалда, and pumps.
• Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.

• 3+ years’ experience.
• NCCER or AWS certification or completion of a related program through an accredited technical school is preferred.

• Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, liftżjoni, grasp, twist, and bend for extended periods.
• Use arms and hands to reach for, handle, or manipulate objects sarcastically.

• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including times of inclement weather.
• Ability to climb in overhead structures, work beneath machines and in close quarters to perform analysis and repair work.
• Must be highly safety‑conscious and able to see and escape from dangerous situations.
• Ability to climb a ladder and step into various pieces of equipment.
