Field Service Technician – Atlanta, GA

We’re looking for a Field Service Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, travel to customer sites, and make a real impact by installing and maintaining cutting‑edge equipment.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician
, you’ll be the face of Rehrig Pacific—installing, maintaining, and supporting our Pallet Management Solutions (Qtek) and Vision Object Recognition (VOR) systems. You’ll ensure our customers’ operations run smoothly by delivering expert service and technical know‑how.

  • Install and configure Rehrig Pacific equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct site readiness evaluations and coordinate power/data setup with contractors.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on advanced mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to enhance equipment performance and functionality.
  • Provide top-tier customer service during preventive maintenance and warranty support visits.
  • Support new product development and field testing of innovative technologies.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of field service experience in material handling or industrial systems.
  • Proficiency in electrical and hydraulic schematics and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs.
