Outside B2B Sales Leader

Overview

Automation Personnel Services seeks an experienced Outside B2B Sales Leader to lead our Gwinnett branch in Lawrenceville, Ga. In this role, your responsibilities will include cultivating your sales territory by nurturing existing client connections and acquiring new ones to boost business growth. You will serve as a representative of our company, establishing a reliable presence with our customers while upholding our core values and policies.

Additionally, this role offers the chance to lead a team in a dynamic and high-paced setting.

Potential to earn $100,000K plus in annual compensation. The position offers base pay with unlimited potential to earn a commission.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve both personal and company-set sales targets.
• Regularly engage with current and potential customers, offering solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activities within your designated territory.
• Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open job orders.
• Submit regular reports on your sales activities through the company's CRM software and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leads and customers.
• Strictly adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to provide an authentic representation of the company to potential and existing customers.
• Execute your duties with efficiency, identify opportunities to reduce costs when possible, and keep records of all job-related expenses for submission to the accounting department.
• Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to ensure prompt and full payment of all invoices by your customers.

• 2-3 years of sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
