Training hourly pay range $18-$20

• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for daily operations of your route. Use strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete tasks.
  • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • Monitor termite bait systems for proper functioning.
  • Problem‑solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
  • Communicate consistently with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals—to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your vehicle. Your safety commitment protects you and the people you serve.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Training hourly pay range $18-$20, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
