Strategic Account Manager – Sage Intacct
Hybrid schedule – work from the office three days per week.
Strategic account management helps medium‑sized businesses grow by building strong relationships and staying in tune with their evolving needs. By delivering the right product solutions at the right time, you’ll deepen customer connections and play a key role in Sage’s long‑term growth.

Uncapped earnings. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission. We believe that hard work should be rewarded.
10 paid days for volunteering and learning: 5 days for skill‑based support or manual labor through Sage Foundation, and 5 days for learning opportunities that interest you.
Day‑to‑day responsibilitiesYou’ll manage a portfolio of high‑impact accounts and strategic verticals, acting as a trusted advisor, spotting challenges early, and helping customers get the most out of Sage products. You’ll prioritize renewals, seek upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, drive growth in complex or high‑value accounts, and contribute to strategic initiatives and peer development.
Key performance metrics (KPMs)- Total CSAT and NPS scores
- Average renewal and churn reduction rates
- Total growth in revenue from upselling and cross‑selling
- Total NRR scores
- Percentage of CRM accuracy
- 5+ years of business experience and successful quota‑carrying experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, application software, or other financial, business, CRM, or ERP solutions.
- Strong sales acumen and consultative skills to conduct thorough discovery calls and translate them into qualified opportunities that result in a high closure rate.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to support remote sales of products and services and internal information‑sharing.
- Organizational skills and computer competency that facilitate customer and business tracking, follow‑up, and team coverage.
