Retail Sales Associate

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team! The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, plus an easily achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction processed.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and work well with people. Responsibilities will include greeting and interacting with customers, performing sales and loan transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop a rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor, including keeping it clean and stocked.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Partner with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform basic math calculations proficiently.
