About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. Use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Working at H&M means no two days are the same. A typical day will include the following responsibilities.

• Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
• Promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers

• Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues
• Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store
• Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other
• Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for the role and development

• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
• Support garment presentation and displays according to visual and commercial guidelines
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Maintain in-store omni services and tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store)
• Support opening and closing of the store
• Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
