$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr (actual pay will be based on skills, experience, education, and other factors)

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve problems and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits such as proactively offering help, identifying needs, and servicing until forman.
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale to customers, including trade‑ups and companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as opio.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required or directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implement company asset‑protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise, and complete
  
  Reduce and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw vs. pre‑cooked) and product placement as policy requires.
• Assist with stock rotation using first‑in, first‑out for consumable items.
• Have working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo, poster printing, creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, deliver them to customers as they arrive).
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Homo.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
