Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in a full‑time, on‑site role at our Lawrenceville, GA location. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary and urgent care services, perform wellness and physical exams, diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions, and conduct minor in‑office procedures. Additional responsibilities include ordering imaging studies, making specialist referrals, offering telemedicine consultations for qualifying patients, and promoting patient education to ensure their well‑being.

• Strong skills in Nurse Practitioner and Nursing practices
• Experience in Primary Care and Medicine
• Proficiency in Urgent Care services
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including English and Spanish‑speaking individuals
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and relevant certifications
• Commitment to patient‑centered care with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of or experience with telemedicine is advantageous
