Full-Time (42 Hours/Week)

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality skilled nursing services
. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, performing clinical assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with care plans and medical orders.

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  
  Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Skilled Nursing required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
