Pay Rate: $64–$68/hour (W2)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Operating Room (OR) team at a well-established healthcare facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a contract position with a duration of 13+ weeks and potential for extension based on performance and facility needs.

As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality surgical care by assisting in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for patient-centered care.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Assist in preparing the operating room and surgical instruments
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition throughout procedures
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technicians
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and surgical activities
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Current and active RN license in the state of Georgia (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Competitive W2 hourly rate: $64–$68/hour
