If you answered YES, consider joining our team as a Program Supervisor. Starting at $24/hr, increases with experience.
This position is for 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:15pm). This all-encompassing role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program.
- Implementation and coordination of the team’s operation to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Ensure that all organizational, departmental, and programmatic goals are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Daily planning, medication management and documentation, training as needed, staff scheduling, maintaining staff to client ratios, FTE management and overtime prevention.
- Directly responsible for program compliance on a daily basis.
- Assist with hiring, performance management, corrective action, and during any period of staff shortage.
- Attend/ensure staff attendance at intake meetings and shift reports, and communicate pertinent admissions information to all staff.
- Assure compliance with campus as well as community procedures.
- On-call duties as scheduled.
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field
- Three (3) years of human service experience required
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience required
