• The Job at a Glance:
  As a Fulfillment Center Team Lead at our 100k square foot, state-of-the-art facility, you will work within our fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will support the daily operations of a designated area within the fulfillment center by guiding associates, coordinating tasks, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. The Team Lead plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and fostering a positive team environment.
• Assist the Supervisor in executing daily operational plans and meeting performance targets.
• Provide direction and support to warehouse associates during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor workstations and processes to identify bottlenecks or issues and escalate to the Supervisor as needed.
• Support training and onboarding of new associates, reinforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Promote a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and reporting hazards.
• Perform quality checks and assist with resolving minor inventory or order discrepancies.
• Communicate shift updates, changes, and expectations clearly to team members.
• Track attendance and performance concerns and report them to the Supervisor for follow-up.
• Act as a liaison between associates and leadership to maintain morale and address concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance operational efficiency.

• You have 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
• You have demonstrated leadership ability or prior experience in a lead or mentor role.
• You have basic proficiency with warehouse systems and tools (e.g., RF scanners, WMS).
• You are a reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when needed.
• You take pride in your accuracy and speed to get the job done right.
• You have strong communication & interpersonal skills, proficient in English (verbal & written).
• You have experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• You are comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• You can work Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
