Overview
Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for varied shifts at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
Responsibilities- Maintain facility systems and conditions, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Prefer a year of maintenance experience.
- Must be knowledgeable of various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
