Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance
Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for varied shifts at our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner. High School Diploma or GED and prefer a year of experience. Must be knowledgeable of various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
