HVAC Service Dispatcher

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified HVAC technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
This is an in‑office position out of Lawrenceville, this is not a remote position.

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests for HVAC home services
• Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs.
• Schedule and dispatch qualified HVAC technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management
• Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant‑minded dispatch approach
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

• Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
• Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations
