• Manage probate administration files from start to finish (Letters of Administration, Petitions for Year’s Support).
• Draft Estate Planning documents including Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking families, providing compassionate and clear communication.
• Organize and track court deadlines to ensure timely filings with the Gwinnett County Probate Court.

• Fluency in Spanish: Must be able to conduct client meetings and explain legal documents in Spanish and English.
• Legal
  
  Experience:
  
  2+ years as a Paralegal in Georgia (Probate, Litigation, Family Law, or Personal Injury).
• Georgia Procedures: Familiarity with Georgia court filing systems (e-filing/Peach Court).
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Case Management Software (Clio, MyCase, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Paralegal Certificate or relevant work experience required.
