Overview
Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Location:
Lawrenceville, GA (In-Office). Must reside in or around Lawrenceville, GA. P&C License Required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
- Focus on building a career in commercial lines insurance. Learn our primary product lines, stay true to training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who need what you offer.
- Receive a personal dedicated sales coach who will train you for the first 90 days.
- Develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers as part of a full-time role.
- Participate in a rigorous lead generation process designed to position sales reps for success, with a strong volume of leads available.
- Expand experience in small commercial business insurance and translate complex concepts into easily understood terms (training provided).
- Currently in a captive agency with limited options or hit a ceiling with a current employer
- Looking to transfer from Personal Lines into Commercial Lines
- Seeks a generous base salary with uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, and incentives

- Currently offering commercial lines insurance but tired of finding your own leads

- Average earnings are $80k - $125k, including a hefty base, uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses and incentives

- A minimum of 2-3 years of P&C insurance sales experience
- A Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License is required to be considered
- Experience in the commercial lines insurance industry
- Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills (Details are important)
- Ability to translate concepts into terms understandable to people not in insurance (training available)
- Must be independent and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
