Rate Range: $23-$25 per hour

• The Field Service Technician will support dispatch customers and projects by performing break/fix service calls.
• Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing printers, PCs, and laptops, and working independently in the field.

• Perform break/fix service calls for dispatch customers and projects.
• Diagnose and repaireraar printers, PCs, and laptops.
• Travel to client sites within the designated territory.
• Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits.
• Document service activity and resolutions.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required.
• Work overtime as needed based on workload.
• Maintain relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+.

• Strong printer break/fix skills.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues on PCs, laptops, and printers.
