• Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Solutions Architect
• Location: Lawrenceville, GA (Onsite)

• Responsible for maintaining and supporting all technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Handle technical configurations related to Oracle Fusion cloud applications, evaluate quarterly releases, determine impact and coordinate testing and validation with business teams.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, work with implementation partner and business teams to ensure project deliverables align with business processes and IT standards.
• Candidate should have in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, experience in ERP implementations and long-term maintenance, and be a reliable, enthusiastic, committed, creative, customer‑focused team player.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills to manage technical and operational work, proactively engaging with business teams.

• Responsible for technical configurations, fast formulas, custom fields, and streamlined performance of Oracle Fusion cloud applications.
• Review impacts of quarterly releases and patch deployments, coordinate testing with business teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end testing of fixes/enhancements, create test plans and scripts.
• Design and create custom security roles, conduct regular security audits.
• Proactively monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud applications performance and architecture.
• Work with internal IT staff, third‑party vendors, and Oracle on maintenance schedules and outages.
• Design and implement best practices to improve functionality, reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot issues, partner with internal and external teams to resolve.
• Write functional/technical specifications for new integrations and custom applications.
• Document system requirements and process flows.
• Mentor and train technical team members.
• Other responsibilities may include managing OCI configurations, SSO, data encryption, SSL cert configurations, and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 10+ years overall ERP Administration Experience.
• 5+ years experience as Solutions architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM and/or HCM.
• Well‑versed with configurations, custom fields and fast formulas used in Oracle Fusion Cloud, strong understanding of integration with other Fusion applications and third‑party systems.
• Experience leading full projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll‑out.
• Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationships among objects.
• Excellent collaborative and written/vocal communication skills.
• Desire to teach and mentor engineers with varying domain expertise.
