Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week on average) Job

Days – Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional evenings and weekends. Base

Headquarters – Lawrenceville, GA. (Hybrid/Remote) Division/Department/Program: VPH Human Resources View Point Health’s Human Resources Department is seeking an Associate Area Director to serve as a Business Partner in support of a pathway of care group while concentrating shared efforts into a specialized concentration area. We are seeking experienced candidates with a strong background and knowledge in HR Leadership and one of the following specialized areas of concentration:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Each day the AA HRD will serve as a key point of contact for all staff within a designated pathway of care. They will provide assistance, consultation, and guidance as an HR Business Partner for HR inquiries of any kind, both general and complex nature. They will also serve as an ambassador for the implementation of HR Initiatives, support employee relations and engagement efforts, interpret policy to assist and support programmatic needs and operational goals, build and foster positive relationships, and make ongoing recommendations for HR enhancements based on the feedback and interaction with those they support.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of managerial or supervisory experience in human resources. An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide trusted support at all levels.

Exceptional composition, writing, and editing skills; mastery of grammar, punctuation, and business writing style guidelines; proven ability to convey clear, compelling messaging. Strong skills and foundation in sound HR Leadership. Solid experience with executing initiatives with positive results. Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data to drive change. Proven relationship builder with strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Keen attention to detail with the ability to be successful with competing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong dedication to results. Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful insights to help drive informed decision‑making. Versed on foundational classification and compensation principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience providing excellent service to a variety of internal and external customers. Strong understanding and knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. Technical proficiency with HCM systems and general reporting knowledge. Comfort with advising leaders and interacting with all levels of staff at all times. True generalist background and foundation with firm knowledge in all areas of HR. Absolute team player with high‑priority collaboration skill set.

Experience with building data reports and insights as a lead. Experience with building and refining class and comp infrastructure and programming as a lead.

Requirements/

Competencies:

Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting). Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and may be subject to random drug screens. Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy. Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to sit, move about, hear and speak.

Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
