The Clinical Placement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating clinical placements in the nursing program. The Coordinator will collaborate with the Department Chair and faculty to schedule clinical placements and work closely with students, faculty, and clinical placement liaisons at various facilities in utilizing the ACEMAPP or other clinical placement database system. This role includes confirming that onboarding and credentialing documents for compliance are in the system and current.
Documents may include background checks, health/immunization requirements, drug screens as appropriate, and other onboarding documents.
- 2 Year / Associate degree in nursing or related allied health field
- Associate's degree in nursing or allied health field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, such as experience in clinical placement and/or clinical credentialing
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- 4 Year / Baccalaureate degree in nursing or allied health field
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing or allied health
- Experience with ACEMAPP software
Salary: $38,300 - $45,900. Salary offer will be dependent on candidate s experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines.

- Strong professional communication skills, calmly working with people expressing frustration, remaining flexible and effective during unexpected situations, or changing conditions
