We are a Physical Therapist owned and operated Therapy Management organization founded by Joe Sapp, PT in 2006, partnering with Northside Gwinnett since 2013. We are looking for a Rehabilitation Aide passionate about patient recovery in a teamwork environment. In this role you will support the rehabilitation team across outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities and acute care hospitals to enhance patients' quality of life and functional independence.

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• 18 years old or older
• Valid state license
• Responsible individual with solid work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills

• Support patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength
• Help maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
• Transport patients within the facility for therapy sessions

• Use of intranet, Microsoft Outlook, current EMR, MD Portal, Lawson, Net Learning, Microsoft Office, therapy‑related equipment, software and patient education resources
• Daily operation and basic maintenance of office equipment and machines such as phone system, fax, copier

The physical demands require ability to operate equipment, lift and carry objects or materials up to 150 pounds with assistance, exercise up to 40 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds frequently. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
