FixtPT Physical Therapy and Wellness is a leading provider of physical therapy and wellness services in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time basis. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our physical therapists to various client locations.

• Receive and process incoming requests for physical therapy services from clients and healthcare providers
• Schedule appointments for physical therapists based on availability and client needs
• Communicate with physical therapists to ensure timely arrival at scheduled appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduled appointments and therapist availability
• Monitor and track therapist progress and location throughout the day
• Handle any schedule changes or cancellations and communicate updates to clients and therapists
• Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a dispatch or scheduling role preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in computer skills and experience with scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of physical therapy terminology and procedures is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
