We are actively recruiting for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Suwanee market who can partner with us to achieve our mission. As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and do psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions.

You will help people define goals, gain insights all through personalized committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination, providing crisis intervention if needed.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions.
• Help patients define goals and gain insights through personalized care and collaborative care coordination with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and support care continuity.
• Engage in evidence-based care using a measurement-based approach to track outcomes and inform the plan of care.

• Hybrid work schedule: most work three days onsite and two days via telehealth.
• Flexibility to create your own schedule with advance planning; full-time hours expected.
• We offer after-hours urgent support to support work-life balance.
• Integrated care team with collaboration across providers to coordinate care along the care continuum.

• Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Georgia
• Passion for high quality care
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Proficiency with EMR systems and maintaining up-to-date electronic health records
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Desire and ability to address a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Geode prefers therapists with over one year of professional experience doing psychotherapy
