The Engineer II, Systems provides advanced level operational support for Wintel servers running multi-tier applications. This role will provide advanced support for infrastructure systems

• Complete special projects as assigned by management
• Resolve end user and application owner issues utilizing Service Now
• Monitors, installs, upgrades, patches and resolves advanced hardware and OS issues on Wintel servers
• Completes special projects with an advanced knowledge of company & organization policies, practices and procedures.
• Provides advanced customer support by resolving end user and application owner trouble tickets
• Provides advanced support for infrastructure systems (BIG-IP, Web Washer, monitoring, backups, LAN)
• Other duties as assigned

• Typically Required
• Requires technical degree, certification or equivalent experience.
• Requires minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft operating systems.
• Requires knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and knowledge of networking hardware and software, diagnosis, configuration and installations.

• Must have a proven track record of progressive human resource experience at a manager level.
• Must have a proven track record of relationship building with both internal and external customers.
• Experienced in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
• Ability to handle employee conflicts and differences by interpreting verbal/ non-verbal behavior, detecting perceptions and needs of employees, understanding and valuing employee differences.
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to understand business strategy and goals.
• Requires working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Requires comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN network topology, knowledge of Broadcom VMWare ESXi, and advanced Windows Admin support experience and hands-on expertise in hardware/software.

• Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
• Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
• Moderate dexterity regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
