Position: 3 Month Contract to Hire
Pay rate: $23/hr. on W2 (non-benefited)+ Mileage Re-imbursement

Work Schedule:

9-6 M-F, some weekends and there could be some OT

Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician II will be responsible for handling break/fix dispatch calls for assigned customers. This role requires strong hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, and printer support, along with the ability to travel between customer sites daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform desktop, laptop, and printer break/fix support for dispatch customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on-site
• Travel between customer locations to complete service calls
• Accurately document work completed using Clear Vision / Field Vision
• Participate in on-call rotations as required

• Strong desktop, laptop, and printer break/fix skills (Top 2 required)
• Minimum 1 year of field or desktop support experience
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Valid driver s license and ability to travel daily

• CompTIA A+ certification
